So much fun!

Wow... time does flies by. In four days our little Boo will be 7 months old. It has been such a wonderful journey!

To date, she has mastered smiling, laughing, blowing bubbles, rolling over from her tummy to her back (but still a little trouble with rolling from back to tummy), sitting up, and eating baby food with help. She sat in a high chair at a restaurant for the first time last week (with a little padding behind her bum cause she's still so small) and looked like such a big kid! Amazing.

Johnny and I watch in wonder as everyday it seems that she's bigger when we pick her up from her crib than when we last laid her down.

I went back to work part time on Dec 6 and so Little Miss Annie spends half of her week days with Daddy while Mommy works (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday afternoons) and half of her week days with Mommy while Daddy works (Tue, Thur, and Fri mornings). The arrangement seems to be working out wonderfully thus far. It's so nice that she's able to be with one of us during her days rather than in the care of others. I have kept in touch with the other mothers from our birthing class and we get together sporadically to let all the babies play together. So cute!

Annie's first Holiday season was very nice... Dad and Carrie came up for Thanksgiving, and we spent her first Christmas morning here at our house. Christmas afternoon we drove up to Seattle to have dinner with Mom, Graeme and uncle Sammy. The Boo was wonderful (as always) on the drives up and back. It was while we were at Mom's over Christmas weekend that she mastered the fine art of sitting up. What a champion!

Annie sleeps through the night most nights and takes two or three naps during the day... this little girl loves her sleep which is fantastic cause Mommy and Daddy love our sleep too! I keep telling Johnny that this little sweetie is not really breaking us into being parents... it's not really supposed to be this easy. :)

We went ahead and got her a passport so we can take her into Canada with us in a few weeks for our anniversary. Her passport picture is so cute! It's something you don't think of too often... baby passports. Ha!

Looks like we might be traveling a bit more in the next few months... Johnny to Toronto for a conference (maybe) and the Boo and I to New Mexico to see my grandparents. Annie's first airplane trip is definitely coming up... I'm sure she's going to do wonderfully. (she always does)

Love to you all!
